To avoid confusion I suggest not using the word "cursor" when talking about the mouse pointer (the arrow) in order to avoid confusing it with the text cursor.
This matches the Windows 10 control panel:
Windows is a bit inconsistent about this, but the older parts of the UI shows that they were once a bit more consistent.
And after all, the mouse is a pointing device, so calling it the "mouse pointer" seems logic, doesn't it?
