Fictional info (?) |
Suggested name | Calny |
Planet type | Cold planet |
Calny is the oldest planet known belonging to mu Leo and one of the largest in its solar system. For this reason, scientists often classify Calny and Deiet Thys as "cold planets" to distinguish them from the other planets. This cold planet is named after the deity Calny, the bringer of dreams.
Its apparent magnitude reaches -3, which is surpassed only by Deiet Thys, Ditaron-hy, and mu Leo.
Calny is primarily composed of carbonyl sulfide with a significant part of its mass being molecular hydrogen, though molecular hydrogen comprises only about a limited fraction of the number of molecules.
Observations from Earth have shown seasonal change and increased weather activity as Calny approached its equinox 3 years ago. |
