Fictional info (?) |
Suggested name | Puremuchu |
Planet type | Huge cold gas giant |
Puremuchu is the fourth planet from ZTFJ0407-00 and the second-smallest planet in its solar system.
When viewed from Hyuzepa-ryogyo, Puremuchu can reach an apparent magnitude of -3, bright enough for its reflected light to cast shadows, and making it on average the third-brightest object in the night sky. This planet is named after the deity Puremuchu, the goddess of the sea.
When viewed from Earth, this proximity to ZTFJ0407-00 means the planet can only be seen near the western or eastern horizon during the early evening or early morning.
The outer atmosphere is visibly segregated into several bands at different latitudes, resulting in turbulence and storms along their interacting boundaries. Surrounding Puremuchu is a thin planetary ring system and a powerful magnetosphere. |
