There are ongoing investigations assessing the future terraforming potential of Nweit Ying, as well as the possibility of extant life.
In 2085, images from Daedalus 8 showed Nweit Ying as an almost featureless planet in visible light, without the cloud bands or storms associated with the other large hot gas giants. |
