Fictional info (?) |
Suggested name | Puyope-kyu |
Planet type | Warm gas giant |
This warm gas giant is named after the deity Puyope-kyu, the messenger of good fortune.
As seen from WASP-130, in a frame of reference that rotates with the orbital motion, it appears to rotate only once every two years.
Puyope-kyu was one of the first planets to have its motions plotted across the sky - as early as the second millennium BC.
In November 3400, NASA reported finding a large amount of underground ice in the Utopia Planitia region of Puyope-kyu. |
