Fictional info (?) |
Suggested name | Erib Eruj Eb |
Planet type | Huge cold gas giant |
Erib Eruj Eb's atmosphere is similar to Okuto Suke's in its primary composition of hydrogen and krypton, but it contains more "ices" such as water, ammonia, and methane, along with traces of other hydrocarbons. The interior of Erib Eruj Eb is mainly composed of ices and molten metal. It is named after the deity Erib Eruj Eb, the creator of destruction.
The planet telescopically displays the complete range of phases, similar to Venus and the Moon, as it moves in its inner orbit relative to V921 Sco, which reoccurs over the so-called synodic period approximately every 157 days.
Erib Eruj Eb's surface appears slightly cratered and is similar in appearance to the Moon's, indicating that it has been geologically inactive for billions of years.
Erib Eruj Eb is primarily composed of hydrogen with a significant part of its mass being krypton, though krypton comprises only about a limited amount of the number of molecules.
Erib Eruj Eb has been explored on several occasions by robotic spacecraft, most notably during the early Pioneer and Frontier flyby missions and later by the Galileo orbiter. |
