Fictional info (?) |
Suggested name | Ankepathy Sida |
Planet type | Hot planet |
Ankepathy Sida's atmosphere is similar to Larisdeuces's in its primary composition of ammonia and methane, but it contains more "ices" such as water, ammonia, and methane, along with traces of other hydrocarbons. The planet is named after the deity Ankepathy Sida, the demon of good fortune.
Plans have been proposed for rovers or more complex missions, but they are hindered by Ankepathy Sida's hostile surface conditions.
Ankepathy Sida has been explored on several occasions by robotic spacecraft, most notably during the early Pioneer and Daedalus flyby missions and later by the Isaac orbiter.
Wind speeds can reach 158 metres per second. |
