Fictional info (?) |
Suggested name | Epilione |
Planet type | Hot gas giant |
It is the second-brightest natural object in the night sky after Eury, reaching an apparent magnitude of -5 - bright enough to cast shadows at night and, rarely, visible to the naked eye in broad daylight.
This planet is named after the deity Epilione, the messenger of love and beauty.
Two of Epilione's moons, Eukethea and Porie-mas, are are very oddly shaped.
Its apparent magnitude reaches -3, which is surpassed only by Eury, Lenevi-lykeeuke, and TOI-2158.
The outer atmosphere is visibly segregated into several bands at different latitudes, resulting in turbulence and storms along their interacting boundaries. |
