Fictional info (?) |
Suggested name | Mikujikyu |
Planet type | Cold gas giant |
Mikujikyu is the strangest and innermost planet in its solar system.
It is a cold gas giant planet with a mass one-thousandth that of OGLE-2017-BLG-0406, but two-and-a-half times that of all the other planets in its solar system combined. This cold gas giant is named after the deity Mikujikyu, the bringer of chaos.
Mikujikyu's surface appears quite bruised and is similar in appearance to the Moon's, indicating that it has been geologically inactive for billions of years.
The atmospheric pressure at the planet's surface is 5 bar, or roughly the pressure found 1260 m under the oceans of Earth.
Plans have been proposed for rovers or more complex missions, but they are hindered by Mikujikyu's strong magnetosphere. |
