Fictional info (?) |
Suggested name | Yupa |
Planet type | Small cold gas planet |
The planet is named after the deity Yupa, the god of war.
The polar regions are constantly below 279°K (6°C).
As one of the brightest objects in the sky, Yupa has been a major fixture in native culture for as long as records have existed.
Yupa has been explored on several occasions by robotic spacecraft, most notably during the early Pioneer and Wayfinder flyby missions and later by the Isaac orbiter.
Its north and south poles, therefore, lie where most other planets have their equators. |
