Fictional info (?) |
Suggested name | Baronego Namyo |
Planet type | Cold planet |
The planet is named after the deity Baronego Namyo, the spirit of chaos.
The planet telescopically displays the complete range of phases, similar to Venus and the Moon, as it moves in its inner orbit relative to Kepler-936, which reoccurs over the so-called synodic period approximately every 64 days.
Liquid water cannot exist on the surface of Baronego Namyo due to low atmospheric pressure, which is less than 6 percent of Earth's, except at the lowest elevations for limited periods.
Baronego Namyo has been explored on several occasions by robotic spacecraft, most notably during the early Pioneer and Wayfinder flyby missions and later by the Hawking orbiter. |
