Suggested nameAdasha
Planet typeCold planet
This planet is named after the deity Adasha, the messenger of good fortune.

Adasha is gravitationally locked with Kepler-926 in a 3:2 spin-orbit resonance, and rotates in a way that is unique in its solar system.

Adasha's surface appears heavily cratered and is similar in appearance to the Moon's, indicating that it has been geologically inactive for billions of years.

Adasha's surface is a arid desertscape interspersed with slab-like rocks and is periodically resurfaced by volcanism.

It was the one of the first exoplanets visited by a spacecraft, and one of the first to be successfully landed on.

Because of its rapid rotation, the planet's shape is that of an oblate spheroid (it has a slight but noticeable bulge around the equator).
