Fictional info (?) |
Suggested name | Myuhi |
Planet type | Cold planet |
Myuhi is the strangest and most crater filled planet in its solar system.
Myuhi's atmosphere is similar to Suyune No's in its primary composition of ethane and hydrogen peroxide, but it contains more "ices" such as water, ammonia, and methane, along with traces of other hydrocarbons. This cold planet is named after the deity Myuhi, the goddess of fear.
As seen from Kepler-603, in a frame of reference that rotates with the orbital motion, it appears to rotate only once every two years.
Plans have been proposed for rovers or more complex missions, but they are hindered by Myuhi's strong magnetosphere.
The smooth Borealis basin in the northern hemisphere covers 22 percent of the planet and may be a giant impact feature. |
