Suggested name | Wengt Wut |
Planet type | Cold planet |
Wengt Wut is a terrestrial planet with a thin atmosphere, having surface features reminiscent both of the impact craters of the Moon and the valleys, deserts, and polar ice caps of Earth. Wengt Wut is orbiting Kepler-471 every 5 Earth days.
The planet is named after the deity Wengt Wut, the demon of destruction.
When viewed from Wusyunx, this proximity to Kepler-471 means the planet can only be seen near the western or eastern horizon during the early evening or early morning.
Wengt Wut's axis has the smallest tilt of any of its solar system's planets.
It has the densest atmosphere of the three cold planets, consisting partly of argon. The atmospheric pressure at the planet's surface is 3 bar, or roughly the pressure found 1170 m under the oceans of Wusyunx.
As one of the most noticeable objects in the sky, Wengt Wut has been a major fixture in native folklore for as long as records have existed.
Like the other cold planets, Wengt Wut has a ring system, a magnetosphere, and numerous moons, Lyikwai'w being the least recognizable one. |
