Suggested name | Pupehe Ryu |
Planet type | Cold planet |
Pupehe Ryu's atmosphere is similar to Gagyo's in its primary composition of 2H2O and carbon monoxide, but it contains more "ices" such as water, ammonia, and methane, along with traces of other hydrocarbons. The planet is named after the deity Pupehe Ryu, the goddess of dreams.
As one of the most prominent objects in the sky, Pupehe Ryu has been a major factor in native culture for as long as records have existed.
In late February 3400, Pupehe Ryu was visited by the New Horizons probe, which used Pupehe Ryu's gravity to increase its speed and bend its trajectory en route to Gagyo. |
