Suggested nameClilene
Planet typeTerrestrial
Clilene is the oldest planet known belonging to Kepler-37 and one of the oldest in its solar system. This planet is named after the deity Clilene, the goddess of prosperity.

Like Teadrano, Clilene has been orbiting Kepler-37 for 6 billion years, and never exceeds 17 degrees away from Kepler-37. The planet telescopically displays the complete range of phases, similar to Venus and the Moon, as it moves in its inner orbit relative to Kepler-37, which reoccurs over the so-called synodic period approximately every 197 days.

Two spacecraft have visited Clilene: Frontier 9 flew by 48 years ago; and Messenger, launched 16 years ago, orbited Clilene over 75 times in four years before exhausting its fuel and crashing into the planet's surface 9 years later.

It has the densest atmosphere of the known terrestrials, consisting mostly of oxygen.

The largest moon, Dixidethe-pho, has a diameter greater than that of the planet Mars.
