Suggested nameGyuhi
Planet typeHot planet
Gyuhi has been known to astronomers since the medieval. The planet is named after the deity Gyuhi, the spirit of the underworld.

In 2979, images from Wayfinder 3 showed Gyuhi as an almost featureless planet in visible light, without the cloud bands or storms associated with the other hot planets.

This horrible planet is often inhabitated by small poisonous plants known as "Ekeyo-fu". They spend their life at the sea by finding nourishment in a substance called "Byona Yoke'to" They are believed to be somewhat similar to the Kanabya Gya, have 5 arms and vary in size from 26 to 51 cm. Ekeyo-fu can survive temperatures from -40 to 20°C and near-vacuum which is common on Gyuhi.
