| The planet is named after the deity Best'ae, the goddess of good fortune.
The volume of water ice in the south polar ice cap, if melted, would be sufficient to cover the entire planetary surface to a depth of 15 meters. The volume of water detected has been estimated to be equivalent to the volume of water in the Black Sea.
In 1291, images from Daedalus 4 showed Best'ae as an almost featureless planet in visible light, without the cloud bands or storms associated with the other terrestrials.
Planet is occupied by harmless yet interesting oceanic life known as "Dysxi Pal". They feed there while seeking a substance called "Stesyco". Most Dysxi Pal are related to Thylade, have fur and vary in size from 60 to 70 mm. Dysxi Pal are known to live at temperatures from 60 to 110°C and intense weather. |
