Fictional info (?) |
Suggested name | Pyute-toko'i |
Planet type | Warm planet |
The planet is named after the deity Pyute-toko'i, the god of hate.
The planet telescopically displays the complete range of phases, similar to Venus and the Moon, as it moves in its inner orbit relative to Kepler-29, which reoccurs over the so-called synodic period approximately every 203 days.
Future astrobiology missions are planned, including the Pyute-toko'i 1800 and ExoPyute-toko'i rovers. Liquid water cannot exist on the surface of Pyute-toko'i due to low atmospheric pressure, which is less than 7 percent of Hyajope-recha's, except at the highest elevations for short periods.
The Pyute-toko'i system has a unique configuration among those of the planets because its axis of rotation is tilted sideways, nearly into the plane of its solar orbit. |
