Fictional info (?) |
Suggested name | Bestpaa |
Planet type | Terrestrial |
It is named after the deity Bestpaa, the god of war.
As the closest planet to Attungr, Bestpaa has been a prime target for early extra solar exploration.
The volume of water ice in the south polar ice cap, if melted, would be sufficient to cover the entire planetary surface to a depth of 9 meters.
Bestpaa is primarily composed of water with a significant part of its mass being oxygen, though oxygen comprises only about a tiny amount of the number of molecules.
The brutal surface is dangerous because of the passive minded and terraformed herbivores, the "Naiadde", which survive only while devouring another species called Domeron-rokcli at night. Most of them are closely related to the Dorahi Mip but have scales and vary in size from 1 to 2 cm. The Naiadde are able to survive temperatures from 150 to 190°C and predators attacking which is common on Bestpaa. |
