Fictional info (?) |
Suggested name | Ukyrymu Gu |
Planet type | Warm planet |
Ukyrymu Gu is the strangest and most crater filled planet in its solar system. It is the second-brightest natural object in the night sky after Ozid Oned Eg, reaching an apparent magnitude of -5 - bright enough to cast shadows at night and, sometimes, visible to the naked eye in broad daylight. Orbiting within Ozid Oned Eg's orbit, Ukyrymu Gu is an inferior planet and never appears to venture far from Kepler-259; its maximum angular distance from Kepler-259 (elongation) is 29 degrees.
This planet is named after the deity Ukyrymu Gu, the goddess of chaos.
As the closest planet to Ozid Oned Eg, Ukyrymu Gu has been a prime target for early interplanetary exploration. |
