Suggested nameMabpan
Planet typeWarm planet
The planet is named after the deity Mabpan, the spirit of chaos.

Mabpan was one of the first planets to have its motions plotted across the sky - as early as the second millennium BC.

Because of its fast rotation, the planet's shape is that of an oblate spheroid (it has a slight but noticeable bulge around the equator).

In 1092, images from Frontier 3 showed Mabpan as an almost featureless planet in visible light, without the cloud bands or storms associated with the other warm planets.
