Suggested nameBota Uchu-o
Planet typePlanet
This planet is named after the deity Bota Uchu-o, the god of hate.

As seen relative to the fixed stars, it rotates on its axis exactly four times for every four revolutions it makes around Kepler-214.

It is radically different from Earth in other respects. It has the densest atmosphere of the planets, consisting of huge amounts of carbon dioxide. It may have had methane oceans in the past, but these would have vaporized as the temperature rose due to a runaway greenhouse effect.

Liquid water cannot exist on the surface of Bota Uchu-o due to low atmospheric pressure, which is less than 4 percent of Earth's, except at the highest elevations for limited periods. In November 1400, NASA reported finding a large amount of underground ice in the Utopia Planitia region of Bota Uchu-o.

The latest probe to visit the planet is Juno, which entered into orbit around Bota Uchu-o after a troublesome journey.

Wind speeds can reach 77 metres per second.

The pleasant lakes are crawling with strange ultra advanced oceanic creatures that spend their life hidden in craters by hunting plants during the day. Myagyu are related to Mecho To but have 4 arms and vary in size from 70 to 110 mm. The Myagyu can survive temperatures from -40 to -20°C but are killed by severe infection.
