Suggested name | Perdraiji Thys |
Planet type | Warm planet |
Perdraiji Thys is the strangest and most crater filled planet in its solar system. Orbiting within Lene Tayle-pe's orbit, Perdraiji Thys is an inferior planet and never appears to venture far from Kepler-203; its maximum angular distance from Kepler-203 (elongation) is 82 degrees.
The planet is named after the deity Perdraiji Thys, the creator of fear.
Plans have been proposed for rovers or more complex missions, but they are hindered by Perdraiji Thys's hostile surface conditions.
The volume of water ice in the south polar ice cap, if melted, would be sufficient to cover the entire planetary surface to a depth of 8 meters. In November 2700, NASA reported finding a large amount of underground ice in the Utopia Planitia region of Perdraiji Thys.
A prominent result is the "great white spot", a giant storm that is known to have existed for centuries since it was first detected by scanner. |
