Suggested name | Cartheia Xi |
Planet type | Hot planet |
Cartheia Xi is a terrestrial planet with a thin atmosphere, having surface features reminiscent both of the impact craters of the Moon and the valleys, deserts, and polar ice caps of Earth. Cartheia Xi is orbiting Kepler-185 every 1.6 Earth days.
The planet is named after the deity Cartheia Xi, the bringer of nature.
Cartheia Xi's axis has the smallest tilt of any of its solar system's planets.
As the closest planet to Trigala, Cartheia Xi has been a prime target for early interplanetary exploration.
Because of its rapid rotation, the planet's shape is that of an oblate spheroid (it has a slight but noticeable bulge around the equator).
This planet is often known for its large medieval plants called the "Delene Draher". They survive in the jungle by consuming plants They are believed to be closely similar to the Jarnlyp but with scales and vary in length from 29 to 38 cm. Delene Draher can survive temperatures from 150 to 250°C and prolonged periods without food. |
