Fictional info (?)
Suggested nameFiset-ene
Planet typeCold planet
It has the longest rotation period (445 days) of any planet in its solar system and rotates in the opposite direction to most other planets.

Fiset-ene is similar in composition to Tovut, and both have different bulk chemical composition from that of the larger cold planets. It is named after the deity Fiset-ene, the demon of war.

As seen relative to the fixed stars, it rotates on its axis exactly two times for every three revolutions it makes around Kepler-178. As seen from Kepler-178, in a frame of reference that rotates with the orbital motion, it appears to rotate only once every two years.

Fiset-ene's surface appears partially bruised and is similar in appearance to the Moon's, indicating that it has been geologically inactive for billions of years.

Fiset-ene is by far the hottest planet in its solar system, with a mean surface temperature of 718°K (445°C). Fiset-ene's surface is a barren desertscape interspersed with slab-like rocks and is periodically resurfaced by volcanism.

It was the one of the first exoplanets visited by a spacecraft, and one of the first to be successfully landed on. Plans have been proposed for rovers or more complex missions, but they are hindered by Fiset-ene's hazardous precipitation.
