Fictional info (?) |
Suggested name | Anda Phaë |
Planet type | Cold planet |
It is a cold planet planet with a mass one-thousandth that of Kepler-1388, but two-and-a-half times that of all the other planets in its solar system combined. Anda Phaë's atmosphere is similar to Maka-beli-delia's in its primary composition of molecular hydrogen and ammonia, but it contains more "ices" such as water, ammonia, and methane, along with traces of other hydrocarbons. This planet is named after the deity Anda Phaë, the god of the sea.
As seen relative to the fixed stars, it rotates on its axis exactly five times for every five revolutions it makes around Kepler-1388.
It is radically different from Maka-beli-delia in other respects.
The Anda Phaë system has a unique configuration among those of the planets because its axis of rotation is tilted sideways, nearly into the plane of its solar orbit. |
