Suggested namePane Mehe
Planet typeCold planet
The planet is named after the deity Pane Mehe, the messenger of good fortune.

Pane Mehe is the site of Titanic Tower, the most active volcano and second-highest known mountain in its solar system, and of Valles Marineris, one of the largest canyons in its solar system.

Optical ground-based telescopes are typically limited to resolving features about 360 kilometers across when Pane Mehe is closest because of Earth's atmosphere.

In late February 2400, Pane Mehe was visited by the New Horizons probe, which used Pane Mehe's gravity to increase its speed and bend its trajectory en route to Zope Kya.

In 3078, images from Wayfinder 3 showed Pane Mehe as an almost featureless planet in visible light, without the cloud bands or storms associated with the other cold planets.
