Suggested name | Adyuan-myuan |
Planet type | Warm planet |
Adyuan-myuan and Weinyue are warm planets rich in iron. This planet is named after the deity Adyuan-myuan, the spirit of nature.
Like Weinyue, Adyuan-myuan has been orbiting Kepler-122 within Cyongy Ex's orbit as an inferior planet, and never exceeds 20 degrees away from Kepler-122.
As seen relative to the fixed stars, it rotates on its axis exactly two times for every two revolutions it makes around Kepler-122.
Adyuan-myuan has been explored on several occasions by robotic spacecraft, most notably during the early Pioneer and Wayfinder flyby missions and later by the Hawking orbiter. |
