Fictional info (?) |
Suggested name | Sade Phosi |
Planet type | Cold planet |
It has the longest rotation period (445 days) of any planet in its solar system and rotates in the opposite direction to most other planets.
The interior of Sade Phosi is mainly composed of ices and rock. The planet is named after the deity Sade Phosi, the god of hate.
The planet telescopically displays the complete range of phases, similar to Venus and the Moon, as it moves in its inner orbit relative to Kepler-1154, which reoccurs over the so-called synodic period approximately every 122 days.
Its orbital eccentricity is the largest of all known planets in its solar system; at perihelion, Sade Phosi's distance from Kepler-1154 is only about two-thirds (or 50 pct) of its distance at aphelion. The polar regions are constantly below 306°K (33°C).
It may have had xenon oceans in the past, but these would have vaporized as the temperature rose due to a runaway greenhouse effect. |
