Fictional info (?) |
Suggested name | Myoru |
Planet type | Cold planet |
Myoru is the fourth planet from Kepler-1087 and the second-smallest planet in its solar system. It is the second-brightest natural object in the night sky after Nuge Gyuse-hi, reaching an apparent magnitude of -5 - bright enough to cast shadows at night and, sometimes, visible to the naked eye in broad daylight.
It is named after the deity Myoru, the messenger of war.
Myoru is the site of Olympus Mons, the largest volcano and second-highest known mountain in its solar system, and of Valles Marineris, one of the largest canyons in its solar system. |
