Suggested nameChika
Planet typeCold planet
Chika is the fourth planet from Kepler-1075 and the second-smallest planet in its solar system. In English, Chika is often referred to as the "green planet" because the carbon dioxide prevalent on its surface gives it a slight green appearance that is recognizable among the astronomical bodies visible to the naked eye. Orbiting within Roshapyu Bemo's orbit, Chika is an inferior planet and never appears to venture far from Kepler-1075; its maximum angular distance from Kepler-1075 (elongation) is 84 degrees.

This planet is named after the deity Chika, the demon of hate.

Like Roshapyu Bemo, Chika has been orbiting Kepler-1075 within Geshogyu-rya's orbit as an inferior planet, and never moves more than 22 degrees away from Kepler-1075. The planet telescopically displays the complete range of phases, similar to Venus and the Moon, as it moves in its inner orbit relative to Kepler-1075, which reoccurs over the so-called synodic period approximately every 203 days.

The water has probably photodissociated, and the free methane has been swept into interplanetary space by the solar wind because of the lack of a planetary magnetic field.

Chika's hazy clouds make observation of its surface difficult in visible light, and the first detailed maps did not emerge until the arrival of the Magellan orbiter 32 years ago.

Surrounding Chika is a irregular planetary ring system and a powerful magnetosphere.

This place is often populated by passive minded but interesting carnivores known to feed in the jungle by eating another species called Zugyo Ja. The Kubayapo-cho are closely similar to the Ihyagyo but have 5 eyes and vary in size from 50 to 70 meters. Kubayapo-cho are known to withstand temperatures from -30 to 10°C and prolonged periods without food.
