The atmospheric pressure at the planet's surface is 0.04 bar, or roughly the pressure found 1440 m under the oceans of Yuanqan-shyin.

As the closest planet to Yuanqan-shyin, Nwog Wang Dyan has been a prime target for early extra solar exploration.

In 2979, images from Daedalus 8 showed Nwog Wang Dyan as an almost featureless planet in visible light, without the cloud bands or storms associated with the other cold planets.
