Fictional info (?) |
Suggested name | Briel Ad |
Planet type | Cold planet |
This planet is named after the deity Briel Ad, the bringer of the sea.
As seen relative to the fixed stars, it rotates on its axis exactly five times for every five revolutions it makes around Kepler-1011.
Its orbital eccentricity is the largest of all known planets in its solar system; at perihelion, Briel Ad's distance from Kepler-1011 is only about two-thirds (or 92 pct) of its distance at aphelion.
One of this planet's moons is inhabitated by passive minded advanced herbivores known as "Thone'mone". They spend their life there by killing another species called Chate-pal if the weather permits it. Thone'mone are not related to Rosa but have 8 arms and vary in size from 60 to 100 meters. The Thone'mone are known to reproduce at temperatures from 100 to 160°C and even near-vacuum which is common near the poles. |
