Fictional info (?) |
Suggested name | Jaon-yong |
Planet type | Cold planet |
This cold planet is named after the deity Jaon-yong, the god of hate.
As seen relative to the fixed stars, it rotates on its axis exactly five times for every two revolutions it makes around Kepler-1006.
Having almost no atmosphere to retain heat, it has surface temperatures that vary diurnally more than on any other planet in its solar system, ranging from 95°K (-178°C) at night to 1155°K (882°C) during the day across the equatorial regions.
It has the densest atmosphere of the two cold planets, consisting mostly of oxygen.
As the closest planet to Wodwaih, Jaon-yong has been a prime target for early extra solar exploration.
Future astrobiology missions are planned, including the Jaon-yong 1500 and ExoJaon-yong rovers.
Jaon-yong is primarily composed of oxygen with a significant part of its mass being methane, though methane comprises only about a small amount of the number of molecules.
The largest moon is full of aggressive primordial herbivores that feed in deep valleys by eating something called Zwutyi if they need to. Nyodwo Fyou are closely similar to the Yuanx Engqyun but have scales and vary in size from 80 to 90 cm. Most Nyodwo Fyou can withstand temperatures from 10 to 50°C and to some degree severe infection. |
Estimated population | 60000000 |
Atmosphere | Oxygen | 62% |
Methane | 34% |
Carbon dioxide | 2.2% |
Water | 1.5% |
Atmospheric pressure | 10 bar |

Moon | Wocyou | Medium-sized round crater-filled moon |
