Suggested name | Keverat Usur |
Planet type | Terrestrial |
Keverat Usur is the fourth planet from 2MASS J18452562+4339300 and the second-smallest planet in its solar system.
When viewed from Ozypu-cez, Keverat Usur can reach an apparent magnitude of -3, bright enough for its reflected light to cast shadows, and making it on average the third-brightest object in the night sky. Keverat Usur is similar in composition to Ozypu-cez, and both have different bulk chemical composition from that of the larger terrestrials. The planet is named after the deity Keverat Usur, the spirit of dreams.
It has the densest atmosphere of the two terrestrials, consisting mostly of water.
Keverat Usur is the site of Olympus Mons, the tallest volcano and second-highest known mountain in its solar system, and of Valles Marineris, one of the largest canyons in its solar system.
In 1688, images from Daedalus 3 showed Keverat Usur as an almost featureless planet in visible light, without the cloud bands or storms associated with the other terrestrials. |
