Fictional info (?) |
Suggested name | Najiro |
Planet type | Small cold gas planet |
It is the coldest planetary atmosphere in its solar system, with a minimum temperature of 28°K (-245°C), and has a complex, layered cloud structure with nitrogen thought to make up the lowest clouds, and oxygen the uppermost layer of clouds. This planet is named after the deity Najiro, the god of dreams.
There are ongoing investigations assessing the future terraforming potential of Najiro, as well as the possibility of extant life. In November 3400, NASA reported finding a large amount of underground ice in the Utopia Planitia region of Najiro. |
