Fictional info (?) |
Suggested name | Sadipe |
Planet type | Cold planet |
It is named after the deity Sadipe, the god of love and beauty.
As one of the most noticeable objects in the sky, Sadipe has been a major inspiration in native folklore for as long as records have existed.
As the closest planet to Bian Kiniet Tania, Sadipe has been a prime target for early extra solar exploration. Plans have been proposed for rovers or more complex missions, but they are hindered by Sadipe's hostile surface conditions.
Liquid water cannot exist on the surface of Sadipe due to low atmospheric pressure, which is less than 5 percent of Bian Kiniet Tania's, except at the lowest elevations for limited periods. In November 2200, NASA reported finding a large amount of underground ice in the Utopia Planitia region of Sadipe. |
