Suggested name | Kuzo Daba Pyo |
Planet type | Hot planet |
This hot planet is named after the deity Kuzo Daba Pyo, the god of prosperity.
Having almost no atmosphere to retain heat, it has surface temperatures that vary diurnally more than on any other planet in its solar system, ranging from 75°K (-198°C) at night to 630°K (357°C) during the day across the equatorial regions.
There are ongoing investigations assessing the future terraforming potential of Kuzo Daba Pyo, as well as the possibility of extant life. In November 3200, NASA reported finding a large amount of underground ice in the Utopia Planitia region of Kuzo Daba Pyo. |
