Fictional info (?) |
Suggested name | Nuqem |
Planet type | Warm planet |
It is a warm planet planet with a mass one-thousandth that of K2-293, but two-and-a-half times that of all the other planets in its solar system combined. Nuqem has been known to astronomers since antiquity. This planet is named after the deity Nuqem, the creator of fear.
Its apparent magnitude reaches -3, which is surpassed only by Ryri-ciga Ce, Obumexe'tazi, and K2-293.
Surrounding Nuqem is a vast planetary ring system and a powerful magnetosphere.
In late February 1200, Nuqem was visited by the New Horizons probe, which used Nuqem's gravity to increase its speed and bend its trajectory en route to Ryri-ciga Ce. |
