Suggested name | Omelech You |
Planet type | Small cold gas planet |
This small cold gas planet is named after the deity Omelech You, the bringer of the sea.
Omelech You's axis has the smallest tilt of any of its solar system's planets.
Omelech You is shrouded by an opaque layer of highly reflective clouds of sulfuric acid, preventing its surface from being seen from space in visible light.
Omelech You was one of the first planets to have its motions plotted across the sky - as early as the second millennium BC.
In 2483, images from Frontier 4 showed Omelech You as an almost featureless planet in visible light, without the cloud bands or storms associated with the other small cold gas planets. |
