Suggested nameByujura'bu
Planet typeWarm planet
It is named after the deity Byujura'bu, the creator of nature.

Having almost no atmosphere to retain heat, it has surface temperatures that vary diurnally more than on any other planet in its solar system, ranging from 75°K (-198°C) at night to 665°K (392°C) during the day across the equatorial regions.

Two spacecraft have visited Byujura'bu: Wayfinder 7 flew by 41 years ago; and Messenger, launched 23 years ago, orbited Byujura'bu over 70 times in four years before exhausting its reactor and crashing into the planet's atmosphere 6 years later.

In November 1000, NASA reported finding a large amount of underground ice in the Utopia Planitia region of Byujura'bu.

Byujura'bu can easily be seen from Zazukiku Me with the naked eye, as can its orangeish coloring.

The Byujura'bu system has a unique configuration among those of the planets because its axis of rotation is tilted sideways, nearly into the plane of its solar orbit.
