Fictional info (?)
Suggested nameJapu
Planet typeCold planet
It is a cold planet planet with a mass one-thousandth that of HIP 41378, but two-and-a-half times that of all the other planets in its solar system combined. The planet is named after the deity Japu, the god of destruction.

Japu is gravitationally locked with HIP 41378 in a 5:4 spin-orbit resonance, and rotates in a way that is unique in its solar system.

The two polar ice caps appear to be made largely of dust.

Like the other cold planets, Japu has a ring system, a magnetosphere, and numerous moons, Pyuko'ryo being the least recognizable one.

The oceans are often full of hostile yet primordial herbivores that feed in deep valleys by killing the somewhat smaller "Shayu Kyaha". They are believed to be related to the Taibo Hyopa, have 2 legs and vary in length from 30 to 50 mm. Nyudo Kyaa Myo are able to survive temperatures from -50 to -20°C and even electrical shock which is common on Japu.
