Fictional info (?) |
Suggested name | Ligaret |
Planet type | Huge cold gas giant |
Its orbital period around HD 97334 of @ORBITALPERIOD earth days is the longest of all the planets in its solar system.
Ligaret is similar in composition to Pegete-thedes, and both have different bulk chemical composition from that of the larger huge cold gas giants. The planet is named after the deity Ligaret, the goddess of war.
The carbon dioxide has probably photodissociated, and the free oxygen has been swept into interplanetary space by the solar wind because of the lack of a planetary magnetic field.
The largest moon is mostly crowded with harmless poisonous carnivores, the "Stethi Theca", which feed on the ground by killing the Benusnaq if they need to. Stethi Theca are not similar to the Nixrilia Dys but have fur and vary in length from 60 to 130 cm. The Stethi Theca can reproduce at temperatures from 60 to 150°C but are killed by very low gravity which is rare on this planet. |
