Suggested name | Besyr Ene |
Planet type | Terrestrial |
Besyr Ene is similar in composition to Beseh, and both have different bulk chemical composition from that of the larger terrestrials. The planet is named after the deity Besyr Ene, the creator of war.
Its orbital eccentricity is the largest of all known planets in its solar system; at perihelion, Besyr Ene's distance from HD 195019 is only about two-thirds (or 83 pct) of its distance at aphelion.
Besyr Ene has been explored on several occasions by robotic spacecraft, most notably during the early Pioneer and Frontier flyby missions and later by the Hotchins orbiter. |
