Fictional info (?) |
Suggested name | Enebayo Se |
Planet type | Terrestrial |
It is named after the deity Enebayo Se, the goddess of the sea.
As one of the most noticeable objects in the sky, Enebayo Se has been a major factor in native culture for as long as records have existed.
Enebayo Se's dense atmosphere make observation of its surface impossible in infrared light, and the first detailed maps did not emerge until the arrival of the Magellan orbiter 38 years ago.
Liquid water cannot exist on the surface of Enebayo Se due to low atmospheric pressure, which is less than 6 percent of Kyagina's, except at the lowest elevations for short periods. In November 2500, NASA reported finding a large amount of underground ice in the Utopia Planitia region of Enebayo Se. The volume of water detected has been estimated to be equivalent to the volume of water in the Black Sea.
The harsh oceans are crawling with large and primitive bacteria, the "Soredo Po", that survive in deep valleys by eating the Koza plant. Most Soredo Po are not related to Byoki-hyo but have 5 legs and vary in length from 31 to 36 mm. The Soredo Po can thrive at temperatures from 30 to 110°C and sometimes intense weather which is rare on this planet. |
