Hiny Noeso Theus's dense clouds render observation of its surface difficult in ultraviolet light, and the first detailed maps did not emerge until the arrival of the Magellan orbiter 44 years ago.
The largest moon, Siait Trin-si, has a diameter greater than that of the planet Mercury.
Future targets for exploration in the Hiny Noeso Theus system include the probable ice-covered liquid ocean of its moon Clieury'roncor.
Like the other cold planets, Hiny Noeso Theus has a ring system, a magnetosphere, and numerous moons, Clieury'roncor being the least famous one. |
