Suggested name | Yamo Shibu'po |
Planet type | Cold planet |
This cold planet is named after the deity Yamo Shibu'po, the creator of war.
It has the densest atmosphere of the known cold planets, consisting of huge amounts of nitric oxide.
Optical ground-based telescopes are typically limited to resolving features about 270 kilometers across when Yamo Shibu'po is closest because of Earth's atmosphere.
Yamo Shibu'po has been explored on several occasions by robotic spacecraft, most notably during the early Pioneer and Daedalus flyby missions and later by the Isaac orbiter. |
