Fictional info (?) |
Suggested name | Yingk |
Planet type | Cold planet |
For this reason, scientists often classify Yingk and Qweng Nyongm as "cold planets" to distinguish them from the other planets. The planet is named after the deity Yingk, the god of nature.
Its orbital eccentricity is the largest of all known planets in its solar system; at perihelion, Yingk's distance from HD 102365 A is only about two-thirds (or 106 pct) of its distance at aphelion.
It may have had oxygen oceans in the past, but these would have vaporized as the temperature rose due to a runaway greenhouse effect.
Observations from Earth have shown seasonal change and increased weather activity as Yingk approached its equinox 5 years ago.
This harsh place is populated by small yet primordial carnivores called the "Shwai-waox-ya". They survive alone by eating smaller pray in the shade. Shwai-waox-ya are related to the Wegyumwang-g, have fur and vary in length from 5 to 8 cm. The Shwai-waox-ya are able to reproduce at temperatures from -30 to -10°C and to some degree extreme gravity which is common on Yingk. |
