Fictional info (?) |
Suggested name | Vosron |
Planet type | Hot planet |
It is named after the deity Vosron, the demon of prosperity.
Vosron was one of the first planets to have its motions plotted across the sky - as early as the second millennium BC.
The smooth Borealis basin in the northern hemisphere covers 32 percent of the planet and may be a giant impact feature.
Vosron can easily be seen from Sponlyke with the naked eye, as can its yellowish coloring.
Its north and south poles, therefore, lie where most other planets have their equators. |
